DMCERA®Boron Nitride Machinable Ceramic
Boron nitride machinable ceramic is a kind of compound ceramic material formed by boron nitride powder under high temperature. h-BN is called “white graphite”, it has a high level of insulation which is different from graphite. Boron nitride unique properties, like high thermal conductivity, high thermal shock resistance and high melting point, which is up to approximately 3000℃ and can be used at around 2200℃ in high vacuum. In addition, boron nitride has low reactivity with molten metal, and low reactivity with gas and solvent. Boron nitride machinable ceramics have several solid grades, which are distinguished by binders and composites. The excellent high temperature, physical and chemical properties of boron nitride ceramics make them suitable materials for lots of industrial applications. It is often used in all kinds of common metal processing. If you are interested, read the details below and feel free to contact us.
